Shipping Policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
After validation of your order, you will receive under 2 to 5 working days an email regarding the shipment with the tracking number of your package.
All our shipments are made via the post office (Letter followed or Colissimo) and World Relay according to your choice. Shipping costs include packaging and shipping.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Eyesdreamy cannot be held responsible for postal delays or strikes.
We also invite you to ensure that your mailbox is secure and in your name, Eyesdreamy cannot be held responsible in the event of non-receipt of your order for a standard delivery (tracked letter or Colissimo without signature).
When you confirm your order you confirm the address indicated, in case of an addressing error your package will be returned to us and the order refunded. (The initial shipping costs will not be refunded).
Have you placed multiple orders in the same day?
Send us a message atcontact@eyesdreamy.com to combine your orders and get a refund for duplicate shipping costs.
It may happen that one of your orders is already in preparation and it will unfortunately no longer be possible to combine them.
Your orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, and may take a little longer during exceptional periods (e.g. sales, collection releases, etc.).
MONDIAL RELAY :
You can choose to have your order delivered to a Mondial Relay relay point. This offer is only available for certain countries. The choice of relay point is made after payment.
FREE COLLECTION AT THE WORKSHOP :
You can choose to come and collect your order free of charge from the workshop located at 9 rue des blés, La Plaine Saint-Denis , according to opening hours.
An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready for collection! (Please wait to receive this email before coming)
We will ask you to present your order confirmation email to us to retrieve it.
