  • How do I pay for my sunglasses? We accept payments by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
  • Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, you can change or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact our customer service for more information.

  • What are the delivery times? Delivery times vary depending on your location, but generally you should receive your order within 2-5 business days from the date of your purchase.

  • What are your return options? We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and accompanied by all original accessories. 

  • How to return an item? Contact our customer service to obtain a return label. Carefully pack the items and affix the return label. Drop off the package at the nearest collection point. The return costs are entirely our responsibility. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 48 hours.
  • Can the lenses in my sunglasses be replaced? Yes, we can replace the lenses in your sunglasses if necessary. Please contact our customer service for more information on replacement costs and options.
  • Do the sunglasses have a warranty? Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all our products against any manufacturing defects.
